Claire is the Communications Manager at the Toronto Fringe and a producer, dramaturg, arts administrator and writer. Dramaturgy: Brave New World (Litmus Theatre). Recent writing credits: The Ghost Ship, The Selkie of Kincardine (Sundown Theatre), co-writer of the Dora Award-winning Birth of Frankenstein (Litmus Theatre). Recent acting credits include: Mary Shelley in Birth of Frankenstein, Lady Macbeth in Matchbox Macbeth (Litmus Theatre). Claire holds an MFA in Acting from York University and an undergraduate degree in film/theatre from Queen’s University. Claire was funded by the Ontario Graduate Scholarship to complete her studies at York and was awarded a university-wide award for her Master’s Thesis on Peter Barnes’ The Bewitched. She has taught workshops and classes with York University, Queen’s University, Ryerson University, Canadian Stage, Pleiades Theatre, Classical Theatre Projects and the Paprika Festival.
